Starling is proud to announce The Grove at Canopy is a recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight's 2021 and 2022 Customer Experience AwardsTM. The awards showcase how the community displays a continued dedication to exceptional customer service in senior living services.

Over twelve months, Pinnacle Quality Insight interviewed customers of The Grove at Canopy about their satisfaction. They were asked to evaluate several aspects of services provided by Starling.
Pinnacle determined The Grove at Canopy qualified for a Pinnacle Customer Experience AwardTM in the following service areas: Response to Problems, Dignity and Respect, Communication, Cleanliness, Move-in Process and Overall Customer Experience.
The Customer Experience AwardTM is given to care providers who have achieved best-in-class customer satisfaction standards within their peer group, the company explains.
"We're very proud of our team members at The Grove at Canopy for this outstanding recognition," said Starling Vice President of Operations Megan Kennedy. "Our number one goal each day is the satisfaction and wellness of our residents, and this team demonstrates that."
Curvey said she isn't surprised that her team garnered the big accomplishment.
"I definitely try to promote that our motto here is you have to love your job," Curvey said. "You have to love your residents. It's really more than a job. You have to have a passion for it."
