Starling is proud to announce employee promotions involving two standout team members.

Jennifer Seitz: Jennifer has worked with Starling since 2018. She served both Starling at Nocatee and Starling at San Jose during her tenure as a Licensed Practical Nurse extraordinaire. Jennifer has been promoted to Executive Director in Training for our Nocatee community. Jennifer will spend time in each of Starling's communities to learn operational highlights. She'll bring that knowledge back to Nocatee to help the team succeed.

Donna Arena: Donna has been with Starling at Nocatee since 2021, holding multiple roles. Donna has been promoted to Operations Specialist at Starling's corporate office. Donna will work one-on-one with Starling leadership and also visit Starling's communities to audit, champion initiatives and help train team members. Donna will also help with recruitment and retention for Starling’s properties.
