It comes as no surprise to us, but Nocatee is officially the best place to live in the state of Florida, according to new rankings published in Newsweek magazine.
The list ranks the best place to live in each state based on several categories, including cost of living, housing, public schools, education and more.
This is what the article says about Nocatee:
“Nocatee, Florida, is a master-planned community south of Jacksonville. The coastal community has carefully-designed neighborhoods featuring everything from parks and recreation to shopping, restaurants, and more. Nocatee is located in Ponte Vedra, putting it at the doorstep of golf courses, beaches, and the airports of Jacksonville.”

“Our vision for Nocatee was to create a community that was unmatched in Northeast Florida”, said Rick Ray, President and CEO of The PARC Group, Nocatee’s master developer. “We’re honored to see Nocatee ranked as the best place to live in Florida and to see it consistently recognized at the national level.”
