This distinction is awarded by Activated Insights, the leading experience management and workforce platform serving more than 16,000 long-term and post-acute care providers across North America.

What This Award Means

The Customer Experience Award isn't based on a single survey or a snapshot in time. It's earned through consistent, monthly feedback gathered directly from residents, patients, and their families through telephone interviews covering open-ended questions and ratings across a wide range of care categories. In short, this recognition reflects how our communities show up day in and day out for the people in our care.

To rank in the top 15% nationally, across four separate communities, speaks volumes about the culture Starling has built and the people who bring that culture to life.
